Originated in South America, the name Passion Fruit was originally given by Spanish missionaries to the endogenous inhabitants. The fruit is cultivated in several subtropical areas and is currently grown in some Mediterranean countries. Passion Fruit is pressed and used as an ingredient in this syrup
for exotic and refreshing cocktails.
