  • 320 ml cocktail glass

Ingredients

  • 120ml Water

  • 1/2 scoop coconut powder

  • 80g frozen pineapples

  • 100g frozen mango

  • lemon zest

Instructions

In a blender, begin by adding coconut milk powder and frozen fruits

Add 8 to 9 ice cubs

Blend until ice is crushed, and a foam is formed

Notes

Ice used should not be large in size (ideally 3 × 3 cm). Good ice should be transparent. Melting then refreezing ice causes haziness which will result in an unsmooth texture after crushing. Use a powerful blending machine, at least 800 Watts, so that ice cubes will be crushed into smooth crystals. Use Measuring Scoops.
