Equipment

  • 320 ml cocktail glass

  • Ice scoop

Ingredients

  • ½ scoop vanilla powder

  • 140 ml milk

  • 50 ml pistachio sauce

Instructions

In a blender, begin by adding the powder the cold milk, Sauce and other ingredients

Add 8 to 9 ice cubs

Blend until ice is crushed, and a foam is formed

Notes

Ice used should not be large in size (ideally 3 × 3 cm). Good ice should be transparent. Melting then refreezing ice causes haziness which will result in an unsmooth texture after crushing. Use a powerful blending machine, at least 800 Watts, so that ice cubes will be crushed into smooth crystals. Keep milk fresh and refrigerated to prevent spoilage. Use Measuring Scoops.
