  • 320 ml cocktail glass

Ingredients

  • 150 ml pineapple juice

  • 40 ml coconut sauce (or 20 ml coconut syrup)

  • 10 ml milk (or 20 ml milk with 20 ml coconut syrup)

  • 3 – 4 ice cubes

Instructions

In a blender, add all ingredients and crush

Serve in a high ball glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple

Notes

The ice used for Frozen Drinks should not be large in size (not more than 3 cm in length and width). Good ice should be transparent. Never refreeze ice; Melting then refreezing ice causes haziness which will result in an unsmooth texture after crushing Use a powerful blending machine, at least 800 Watts, so that ice cubes will be crushed into smooth crystals. Do not crush more time than what is needed. Crushing too much will reduce the pulp of the fruits. Use full fat or reduced fat milk for Milk Shake Milk with zero fat can be used for diet smoothies.
