  • 240 ml mug

Ingredients

  • ⅔ Scoop (30 g) Sweet or Dark Chocolate powder

  • 10 ml triple sec syrup

  • 150 ml Hot Milk

Instructions

In a pitcher, add 150 ml milk

Add 2/3 of a scoop (scoop = 50 ml) chocolate powder in a 240 ml glass

Pour the hot milk and swirl until fully dissolved

Add triple sec syrup

Notes

It is better to add milk in a stainless pitcher and heat it through swirling. In this case, the milk foam and creates a better texture. For a bitter chocolate taste, use Dark Chocolate Powder. For a sweet taste, Use full-fat milk for a full tasting experience. In case a reduced calorie hot chocolate is needed, then use the Dark Chocolate Powder from Caprice d’Orient that contains less sugar. Use skimmed.
